 2. Do you provide free shipping?

 Indeed!  All orders placed in the UK are eligible for free standard shipping.  The cost of international shipping, if any, will be determined during the checkout process.

 3. What is the duration of shipping?

 Orders from the UK usually take 3–7 business days.

 Orders placed from overseas: Delivery times vary based on destination and customs processes.

 4. Can I follow the progress of my order?

 Indeed.  You will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment and estimated delivery date as soon as your order ships.

 5. How do you handle returns?

 Items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in sellable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.  To start a return, please email us at contact@shedsnowltd.shop.

 6. How much time does it take to get your money back?

 After we receive and review your returned item, we process refunds within 7 days.  Your original payment method will be used to issue refunds.

 7. Is it possible to exchange an item?

 At the moment, exchanges are handled as returns with a new order.  Just place a new order for the desired product and return the original item.

 8. Do you offer international shipping?

 Yes, we ship to a lot of different countries.  At checkout, shipping charges and delivery schedules will be determined.  There might be some limitations.
